​Managed all aspects of Microsoft programs and investments to accelerate global PC growth at a premium to market across all segments and categories. Worked closely with Operations and segment leaders to launch new devices including Copilot+ PCs and new AI services on Windows 11, supporting Lenovo’s share growth across categories.
Global Lead, Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider
Lead Lenovo’s strategic business initiative to create a global cloud subscription practice. Led all aspects of Lenovo's Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider program. Collaborated with cross-functional leaders, including ecomm, legal, finance, BT & IT leaders, to deliver transformational capabilities on time. Hired, trained, and managed an international team of sales and operations leaders. Lenovo received the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award in 2022 as a result of this work.
Microsoft US OEM Channel Executive
Managed Microsoft's partnership with Lenovo for North America, working with distribution partners on sell-in and sell-through activities. Oversaw sales enablement, managing small team of direct sellers who drove sales campaigns to increase both direct and indirect attach rate and sales volume. Collaborated with executive leaders to define expectations, prioritize activities, and ensure sales efforts were aligned with partnership goals.
